The TG-C, TM-E, and TG-F models cover the primary requirements for transporting and handling doors. They share a robust design and seamless compatibility with EuGenie equipment while offering different operating configurations.

Tracy TG-F: Tipping Conveyor

• The Tracy TG-F is a tipping conveyor designed to simplify manual door handling while improving ergonomics and operator safety during machining and assembly operations.
• Its assisted tipping system allows a single operator to smoothly and safely move a door from a horizontal position to a vertical position, and vice versa, with minimal physical effort. Ideal for workshops that require vertical door handling, the TG-F helps reduce the risk of injuries and repetitive movements while improving production flow.
• Although its safety and position-detection functions are automated, the TG-F remains non-motorized, providing simple, robust, and low-maintenance operation. Its modular structure allows it to be easily integrated into existing production lines, either upstream or downstream of a KATHY or CLAIRE machining system.
