The Vicky is an automated solution for loading and unloading doors, which can be positioned upstream or downstream of your production line. Thanks to its 2-axis servo motor system, it offers precise, fast, and secure door positioning.

Compatible with all EuGenie equipment, the Vicky improves the fluidity of your operations while guaranteeing safe handling thanks to its suction cup lifting system and photoelectric protection (optional).

Main characteristics:

• Precision and speed: The 2-axis servo motor control allows for a complete cycle of 50 seconds, optimizing productivity and fluidity on the line.
• Suction cup lifting system: Two foam cushioned suction cups ensure smooth and safe lifting of doors, even after machining.
• Robust load capacity: Lifts door up to 240 lb and stacks up to 50″ (127 cm) in height – perfect for batches of doors and panels.
• Flexible configuration: Available in mirror version (left/right) and front/rear loading to suit your workshop layout.
