Designed to work in harmony with the KATHY lines and other EuGenie equipment, Tracy conveyors ensure smooth, safe, and intelligent transfer. Available in several models, they cover every need – from manual transport to scraps evacuation.

TG-C & TM-E models: Manual and Automated Conveyors:

The TG-C and TM-E models cover the main needs for transporting doors on rollers. Both share a robust design and close compatibility with EuGenie equipment, while offering two distinct operating modes:

• Functionality adapted to your operations:
  TG-C: Free-running roller conveyor for simple and reliable manual transfer.
  TM-E: Motorized conveyor, ideal for high-speed automated lines.
• Maximum material protection:
  Non-marking urethane rollers preventing scratches on doors.
  Automatic door measurement possible thanks to optional side guides.
• User-friendly interface & seamless integration:
  Compatible with EuGenie equipment controls.
  Possibility to synchronize door detection with other stations.
• Safety and comfort:
  Ergonimic height (adjustable between 3′ and 3’4″) for optimal work comfort.
  Laser passage detectors available to automatically trigger the next steps.

TM-I model: Industrial Scrap Conveyor:

The TM-I model is designed to efficiently evacuate chips, dust, and waste generated during machining. Resistant and discreet, it optimizes the cleanliness of your space and protects your equipment.

• Continuous waste evacuation:
  Conveyor belt resistant to abrasive particles.
  Can be connected to bins, hoppers, or compactors.
