Pneumatic and automatic, the 3 machining heads operate simultaneously. Each head is equipped with an electric router, making it possible to produce hinges on the jambs with precision and with astonishing speed. It is possible to manually position the heads on the linear guide according to your needs.
HIGH PERFORMANCE
Once the jamb is machined, it is automatically ejected and directed towards the two inclined supports in front of the hinges machine. The maneuver makes it possible to insert a new jamb to be machined without losing the production time.
PRECISION
Each head has its own pneumatic clamping system which allows a firm grip during the machining. It is this peculiarity that makes the machining of hinges ultra fast while still being very precise.
